THE ORIGIN

TALENT IS EVERYWHERE. ACCESS ISN'T.

MindGame Movement was created to close the gap between developing an athlete's physical ability and supporting the whole person behind the performance.

WE'RE HERE FOR THE PERSON BEHIND THE PERFORMANCE.

The MindGame Movement Foundation empowers student-athletes and communities through evidence-based mental performance training and holistic wellness programs that integrate behavioral health, nutrition, strength development, and recovery. We are committed to removing barriers and expanding equitable access to resources that build resilience, confidence, and lifelong health and well-being.

WHY WE STARTED

WE SAW A GAP.

We see young athletes put everything they have into their sport. They train. They sacrifice. They compete. They dream big.

But behind the performance, many are also trying to manage pressure, expectations, self-doubt, emotions, setbacks, injuries, school, relationships, nutrition, recovery, and their mental health. We ask athletes to be confident, stay focused, control their emotions, bounce back, and handle pressure. But too often, no one has actually taught them how.

That gap is why MindGame was created. MindGame Movement Foundation was founded by a licensed therapist and certified mental performance coach with decades of experience in behavioral health and a lifelong connection to athletics. The goal was to bring together two worlds that have been separated for far too long: how we develop the athlete, and how we take care of the person.

Through MindGame Athletics, we saw what happened when athletes were given practical mental performance tools. They learned how to understand themselves, build confidence, manage emotions, respond to mistakes, handle pressure, and trust what they had trained.

But we also saw another problem. Not every athlete could get through the door. Cost, access, location, resources, and life circumstances were determining which athletes received this type of support and which ones went without it. Talent wasn't the issue. Access was.

MindGame Movement Foundation was created so an athlete's ZIP code, family income, background, school, or circumstances don't determine whether they have access to the resources that help them grow.

Every athlete deserves the opportunity to learn the skills that help them believe in themselves, respond when things get hard, take care of their mind and body, and become more prepared for sport, and for life beyond it. Some athletes simply need someone to give them access to those tools. That is why the Foundation exists. To open that door. To close the gap.

COMMUNITY

ALL IN.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Isolation is the enemy. In a culture that often demands silent stoicism, we are building a locker room where vulnerability is respected and addressed head-on.

  • Peer-led support networks embedded in athletic programs.
  • Direct access to sports psychologists and mental health professionals.
  • Coach and staff certification in crisis identification.
